對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全面再造項(xiàng)目所在環(huán)境是道路旁設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)熱鬧的廣場，可進(jìn)行滾球游戲，成為整個(gè)街區(qū)  的象征，居民、河岸所有者及參觀者都能增加對該區(qū)域的使用，保證了巴黎和讓蒂伊之間的銜接。 設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃有助于和諧與互動。

對街區(qū)居民開放的共同工作及實(shí)驗(yàn)室空間有利于發(fā)展合作式經(jīng)濟(jì)。模塊化的可演變住宅能促進(jìn)升級回  收。項(xiàng)目不同類型的能源達(dá)到互補(bǔ)，形成交互式能源轉(zhuǎn)換循環(huán)。

與風(fēng)景融合及藝術(shù)高地該項(xiàng)目位于巴黎綠化圈上，能保證與周邊綠地的生態(tài)連續(xù)性。在項(xiàng)目南邊，建  筑側(cè)面上種植雙層植物。該建筑堪為標(biāo)桿建筑，藝術(shù)高地的窗口，使巴黎楊樹林暗道街區(qū)這個(gè)鮮為人  知的地域得到張揚(yáng)。

創(chuàng)新性的盾牌，巴黎環(huán)路上的屏幕綠色植被側(cè)墻可吸收及減弱巴黎環(huán)路上的連續(xù)性噪音達(dá) 20 分貝。每

平方米的生態(tài)過濾植物也可每小時(shí)處理 100 立方的污染空氣。對這一專利技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，該項(xiàng)目提供了  實(shí)現(xiàn)首次試驗(yàn)的機(jī)會。

A COMPLETELY REHABILITATED SITE

The site, located in the middle of a busy road network, comprises a square configured to allow local residents to play  boules and to strengthen links between local residents and visitors in the urban fabric between Paris and Gentilly.

A PROJECT THAT FACILITATES SYNERGISM  AND  CO-WORKING

Co-working spaces and labs open to local residents  facilitate

the development of a collaborative economy. The apartments can be upgraded and are scalable, facilitating  upcycling. Energy complementarity between different parts of the project enables a shared energy transfer loop to be  installed.

INTEGRATED LANDSCAPING AND THE LAND  ART

The project, which is included in the Paris green belt, blends in with the surrounding green spaces. The facades of  buildings in the south of the zone are covered with two layers of vegetation. These icons of land art mark the Poterne  des Peupliers neighbourhood, the unknown gateway to the city of  Paris.

AN  INNOVATIVE PROTECTIVE  SCREEN  ON  THE PARIS  RING ROAD

This plant covered facade reduces noise from the adjoining ring road by more than 20 dBA. Each square metre of the  bio-filtering fa?ade treats 100 m3 of polluted air per hour. The project offers the first opportunity to test this patented  technology.
