增城，中國(guó)，廣東省城市，據(jù)廣州一個(gè)小時(shí)車(chē)程，位于中國(guó)最大出口省  份的心臟地帶。為了支持經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和變化，城市需要不斷演進(jìn)，行政  工業(yè)園的建設(shè)伴隨著大面積的結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整。

一方面，該項(xiàng)目的挑戰(zhàn)是使得 65 平方公里工業(yè)和技術(shù)活動(dòng)聚集區(qū)與城  市人居、 服務(wù)和設(shè)施的和諧一致。通過(guò)定義新的高新核心區(qū)，公共空間  的處理方案是整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的核心內(nèi)涵。

Zengcheng is about 45 minutes’drive from Guangzhou city. And it’s also in the  heart of Guangdong province, one of the largest export province in China.

Due to support the economic development, this area will adjust its industrial  structure and function layout.

The challenge is how to deal with the relationship between industrial area and  living area and make them live in harmony. To solve this problem, we redefine  the new high-tech area and the function for public space. And this area is also  located in hilly area, based on its topographical features, all the buildings are  with strong ecological character.
